Emily is an experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in netball & sports injury management. She is Team Physiotherapist for the South Coast Blaze in the Netball NSW Premier League and has worked with elite programs, including the Sydney Netball Academy and NSW State U17s.

Originally from Orange, NSW, Emily joined our team in 2020 & brings expertise in injury assessment, rehabilitation & return-to-play planning. She is also skilled in designing injury prevention programs tailored to netball & rugby athletes.

She has worked with Knox Old Boys, KWP Rugby & is an ASCA L1 Strength & Conditioning Coach – integrating performance-based rehabilitation into her practice.

Emily works at both Pymble Ladies' College (in term) & West Pymble at Philip Mall.

 

Jack Frith

Jack is a physiotherapist with extensive experience in sports injury management across high-performance teams and busy clinics.

He holds a Master of Physiotherapy from University of Sydney & a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Newcastle.

Jack has worked with elite & amateur athletes including UNSW Rugby, Knox Old Boys Rugby & has had valuable experience with the South Sydney Rabbitohs and Wests Tigers. 

He has completed the APA Sports Level 2, Dry Needling & ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning qualification.

His evidence-based approach and passion for athlete care make him a valuable addition to our team.

Simon Taylor Physio

Simon joined The Sports Physio Clinic in 2021 and has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sports injury management. 

He brings a dual background in Sports Science & Physiotherapy, completing his Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science with Distinction at the University of Newcastle, followed by his Doctor of Physiotherapy at Macquarie University in 2020. 

Simon has experience across elite football and school sport, having worked with the Central Coast Mariners Academy, Brisbane Olympic FC, Sydney FC, and Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles. He has supported rugby tours with Pymble Ladies’ College, including their 2022 Rugby 7’s campaign.

He combines hands-on clinical skills with a strong understanding of performance and rehab.

Dr Nicole Sly

Dr Nicole Sly is a Sport and Exercise Medicine Physician, with experience supporting elite Australian athletes in Cricket, Rugby Union, Rowing and Triathlon. 

Although all ages are catered for, Dr Sly has a particular interest in treating children and adolescents.

Prior to studying medicine, Dr Sly worked as a Physiotherapist and believes that an active rehabilitation plan is essential. 

She takes the time to understand each patient’s lifestyle and goals, believing collaboration with other health professionals and coaches is key to ensuring a smooth recovery and preventing future injury.

In addition, an APA Sports Physiotherapist has undertaken further studies specifically in the management of sports injuries.
