Andrew began his career in healthcare as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Emergency & ICU before moving from Melbourne to pursue physiotherapy.
He was awarded the APA Sport & Exercise Physiotherapist Title in 2007 and has since built an extensive career in elite sports physiotherapy.
His journey started with Gordon and Warringah Rugby Union, leading to roles with the Australian Schoolboys, Australian U20s, and Australia A squads. From 2010 to 2014, he traveled with the Qantas Wallabies, providing high-performance physiotherapy on the international stage.
In 2005, Andrew and Katie partnered with Greg Craig at Narrabeen Sports Medicine Physiotherapy Centre before opening the West Pymble & PLC clinics in 2010.
A passionate AFL fan, Andrew later transitioned to AFL physiotherapy, joining the GWS Giants, where he currently works full-time while occasionally consulting at Narrabeen and West Pymble.

APA Sport & Exercise Physiotherapist
Cricket NSW Breakers | Sydney Thunder WBBL
After graduating in 1993, Katie achieved her APA Sports Physiotherapist Title in 2000. She began her career working alongside Greg Craig at the NSW Waratahs before becoming a partner at Narrabeen Sports Medicine Centre Physiotherapy, evolving into The Sports Physio Clinic in 2005.
Katie has extensive experience in Rugby Union, working across club, state, and national academy levels. She played a key role in the Australian Men’s and Women’s Sevens programs, serving as Physio Coordinator when the teams centralized at Narrabeen. This led to an incredible opportunity to travel the Sevens World Series Circuit and be part of the 2016 Rio Olympics and 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
In 2019, Katie transitioned to Cricket NSW, joining the SSSM (Sports Science & Sports Medicine) team. She is now a Senior Physiotherapist, working full-time with the elite female cricketers in the NSW Breakers and Sydney Thunder (WBBL).

Our team of Sports & Exercise Physiotherapists are trained to assess & diagnose your injury – to map out a return to train & play plan – and take you on the journey back to your sport.
We understand that injury takes you away from what you love – we have experience in prescribing modified training plans to keep you involved to maintain strength, conditioning & skill while you complete your return to play program.
