No matter what level you play, our team of Sport & Exercise Physiotherapists are trained to assess & diagnose your injury – to map out a return to train & play plan & take you on the journey to return to play.  

We understand that injury takes you away from what you love – we have experience in prescribing modified training plans to keep you involved to maintain strength, conditioning & skill while you complete your return to play program.

Return to Train & Play Programs

→  assess the likely causes of injury + the risks of recurrence (same injury occurring again) or subsequent injury (another area injured on return to your sport)
→  strength programs – prescribe strength & capacity work to bullet proof the muscle or joint from a recurrence of injury
→  conditioning programs – prescribe fitness programs that will not impair healing or aggravate your injury to reduce the impact of inactivity during injury.  This may involve hydrotherapy or pool running, upper body conditioning, Alter-G running (weightless) or a rehab run program.
→  sport specific rehabilitation – our experienced team will provide a rehabilitation program that is specific to the needs & demands of your sport.
